Geocache update. We're about to embark on creating two more caches. Location TBD.

The webcam continues to develope. It can run all day and night but obviously night is useless so we take it offline when no appreciable picture is available at night.

Webcam is fixed on a dedicated machine. It only took replacing a new router with another new router form a differant vendor. Sometimes you just have to fix it yourself.
ANyway's, I see some bugs of interest have moved inlcuding my lucky13 bug.

Found two caches I had searched for in San Antonio were in fact GONE from the floods.

FYI did some San Antonio caching. Took three bugs out, brought one back. Also, created a new local bug prior to leaving. The webcam here is not getting through the firewall at home. We're working on it.

Proposing BUG rules after seeing much debate on the subject.

Proposal #1 A bug can be held 1 month max, placed in a cache for 1 week then retrieved again by the same cacher for up to another week, The second retrieval would be allowed only for definite moving fro up to 1 more week. A cacher would then be able to hold a bug for 6 weeks max. with it having been positively relocated in that 6 weeks.

Proposal #2 A bug shall not be falsely logged or photographed posted with it's ID number intact.

Proposal #3 No one shall detach a hitch-hiker from a TB unless it is stated in the TB description. Adding items is permitted. i.e. a keychain of keys, a beanie full of pins etc.

Proposal #4 Cache owners CAN take a bug from thier own cache just as anyone else can.
